- Sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, including differentiated and personalised learning approaches.
- Experience implementing reasonable adjustments in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Disability Standards for Education 2005.
- The ability to use data and evidence-informed practices to support individual learning goals and monitor progress.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with specialist staff, families, and external agencies.
- Excellent organisational and resource management skills to facilitate inclusive classroom environments.
