The Role
Kingston PS is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team.
The successful applicant will ideally be a passionate, motivated, and skilled educator who is committed to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child, every day, through our whole school approaches, explicit teaching, and instructional strategies.
The successful applicant should pursue excellence in teaching, have high expectations and value planning in collaborative teams to develop consistent, high-quality teaching and learning programs. It is desirable that applicants possess a high level of collaborative practice, together with interpersonal skills, to enable effective participation and engagement within the school and community to purposefully build partnerships. Applicants will also preferably actively engage in self-reflection and professional development.
We’re looking for a motivated, skilled, and passionate leading educator who ideally:
- Have (or aspire to develop) experience in curriculum leadership and whole-school initiatives, including explicit instructional strategies.
- Have high expectations and value planning in collaborative teams to develop consistent, high-quality teaching and learning programs.
