We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Baldivis Gardens Primary School (PS) is seeking a pool of motivated and personable Level 2 School Officers to join our collaborative administration team.
The suitable applicants will ideally play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our school and will be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is ideally organised, approachable, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing high-quality support to staff and students.
A strong working knowledge of the Schools Information System and Compass, enrolment procedures, RM Billing, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable. The role ideally also involves providing financial and administrative support to the Manager Corporate Services. Proficiency in a range of computer applications and software packages is highly desirable.
We are seeking a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive, solution-focused approach. Ideally, you will have experience with financial processes and Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS) and enjoy the dynamic nature of a busy school office environment.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
