The ideal candidate will have experience in Early Childhood (Prep–2), with the ability to establish strong routines, implement effective behaviour management practices, and demonstrate a sound understanding of trauma-aware approaches. Training in CPS (Collaborative & Proactive Solutions by Dr Ross Greene), PBL, and Sounds-Write phonics is highly regarded.
