We are seeking to establish a pool of highly effective Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
As a new school opening in February 2027, this is a unique opportunity to join a foundation staff and contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive and high-performing school culture from day one.

Banksia Grove West Primary School has been designed as a contemporary Kindergarten to Year 6 school comprising three connected settings: Early Childhood, Primary and an Endorsed Education Support Program. The school is currently progressing through a formal naming process and is anticipated to open under a Noongar name that reflects the history, culture and significance of the land on which the school is located.

The Role

- the ability to use data to inform teaching practice and improve student outcomes;

- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.

- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
