We are seeking to establish a pool of Health and Physical Education - Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Belmont City College (CC) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Health and Physical Education - Teachers to join their school. The suitable applicants will ideally be able to plan and deliver engaging Health and Physical Education lessons aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum, while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Suitable applicants should possess the professional knowledge, understandings and experience to assess and report on student progress in accordance with school and curriculum guidelines.

Applicants will ideally assist in interschool sport programs, including lighting carnivals and after-school sports fixtures, and work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and the wider school community to promote health and physical activity. Suitable applicants will ideally be student and relationship focused, highly motivated, innovative, and able to work effectively in a team environment. They will ideally possess an engaging and energetic teaching style, promoting an environment of active and positive learning in their classroom.
