We are currently seeking an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic Serbian teacher to join our secondary teaching team from Term 2, 2025.

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Serbian Teacher to join our Secondary School team on a fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering a rigorous academic program and fostering a culture of high achievement.

Success Criteria:

The successful applicant will:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Serbian language lessons aligned to the NSW curriculum
• Develop and implement high-quality teaching and learning programs
• Assess, monitor and report on student progress in accordance with College policy
• Foster a positive, inclusive and respectful classroom environment
• Contribute to faculty planning, curriculum development and co-curricular activities
• Uphold the College’s child protection, wellbeing and WHS obligations
• Immerse themselves in the culture and program of the College which may extend beyond the school day, for instance on a small number of Saturdays for Sport
• Undertake other duties as required by the Head of College or her delegate

The successful applicant will be required to hold:

• A relevant tertiary qualification.
• A current and valid work rights in Australia.
• A current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• eTAMS teacher accreditation
• Demonstrated experience teaching Serbian at secondary level
• Strong understanding of the NSW curriculum and assessment requirements
