Start Date: ASAP Pay: £175 - £230 per day

Are you an experienced and passionate teacher seeking a new challenge?

We are looking for an SEN Teacher to join a dynamic and inclusive college. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to a diverse group of learners. If you have a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment and are eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

The successful candidate will:

• Be an outstanding classroom teacher across a wide range of abilities
• Have a proven track record in the development of their teaching
• Be able to contribute to and develop a shared vision for the college community
• Be committed to all aspects of inclusion and building strong relationships with parents/advocates
• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), and have experience working with students with additional needs

While prior experience in SEN is preferred, it is not essential. We encourage applications from teachers with a passion for inclusive education, regardless of previous SEN experience.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Enthusiastic and creative approach to teaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
• Current DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
