We partner with a wide range of early years providers - from large national nursery chains to small family‑run settings and community‑based nurseries. This means you can choose the environments that suit you best while gaining valuable experience along the way.

What the Role Involves

• Working as part of a bank‑staff team, supporting local nurseries with daily cover
• Providing high‑quality care and engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-5
• Adapting to different settings, routines, and teams
• Bringing energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every placement

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• A flexible, proactive, and friendly approach
• Confidence working in different nursery environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's early development
