About the Role
A passionate and dedicated School Aged Care Centre Education Leader shapes an enriching, high-quality learning environment for children. In this role, you will develop, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Learning Framework, working collaboratively with other Educators. A strong understanding of nature play and risky play is essential, as well as a commitment to meeting OOSCA policies, procedures, and National Quality Standards. The Education Leader will act as the RPIC (Responsible Person In Charge) when the Director and Assistant Director are not onsite.

Qualifications and Eligibility
- Diploma in Early Education and Care (or working towards attainment); and
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance; and
- Willingness to obtain Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy.
