About You
As a Religious Education Teacher with Potential 1Pt Assistant Religious Education Coordinator, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:
- expertise in Religious Education, with additional teaching areas advantageous
- strong classroom management and student well-being focus
- ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
- a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
To be considered for the Assistant REC role, you will need to be Category D Accreditation in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead in systemic Catholic schools Archdiocese of Sydney Accreditation. Category E Accreditation desirable.
