Program Development Officer
Location – 1 x Parramatta and 1 x Cessnock (Hybrid)
Employment type – Temporary (up to June 2027)
Salary – $113,574 - $125,719 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
Contribute to the development, delivery and maintenance of accredited rehabilitation programs for offenders in custody and the community. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs are effective, maintain integrity, and address the criminogenic and other needs of offenders to enhance community safety and reduce re-offending.
Key Responsibilites:
- Develop, implement, maintain and evaluate accredited offender programs in line with CSNSW standards to address risk factors and non-criminogenic needs
- Collect and analyse evidence-based information to inform understanding of offender behaviour change and effective program practices
- Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance capability and program delivery
- Instruct and support operational staff, monitoring program integrity to ensure programs meet offender needs
- Maintain accurate program and participation records to support reporting and decision-making.

Essential Requirements
- Current driver’s licence and ability and willingness to travel throughout NSW
Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/ clearances:
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
