Primary Class Teacher - Easter 2026 Start

Location: Waltham Forest, East London Salary: £3,250 - £4,500 per month Contract: Full-time

Veritas Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher for an Easter 2026 start.

The successful candidate will take full classroom responsibility, delivering high-quality lessons that promote academic achievement, confidence, and positive behaviour for learning.

The Ideal Primary Teacher Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective assessment for learning
• High expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A nurturing, adaptable approach suited to a diverse East London cohort

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a structured, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, SEN staff, and parents
