We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join our partnered primary schools, with full‑time roles available immediately.

About the Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior staff to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils who need additional help
• Assisting with phonics, reading, maths and general classroom activities
• Supporting children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and speech & language needs
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting positive routines
• Preparing learning resources and contributing to activity planning
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate (any subject welcome), ideally with strong literacy and numeracy
• A passion for education, child development, or SEND
• Confidence, resilience, and a genuine desire to support young learners
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, volunteering, mentoring, coaching) is highly desirable but not essential
