Nursery Room Leader

Veritas Education is recruiting for a fantastic independent nursery in Wetherby that is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Support observations and children's individual learning journeys
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
• Work closely with the nursery team
• Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures

We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Someone looking for a long-term permanent position
