We are seeking to establish a pool of Network Support Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Join our team as a Network Support Officer and contribute to a reliable and secure ICT environment that supports teaching, learning, and school operations.

In this role, you will maintain the school’s IT network and provide technical support to staff and students, ensuring consistent access to digital systems and resources. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, while also supporting users through practical guidance and training.

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of school data in accordance with Departmental policies and standards. Working collaboratively with Department of Education ICT support services, you will help ensure systems remain efficient, compliant, and fit for purpose.

  • Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in developing and implementing user-training procedures.
