The Role
The Network Support Officer is responsible for providing front-line support to staff and students; ideally using their excellent knowledge of the computer network, programs and platforms to manage the day-to-day operations of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices.
They will provide support, advice and issue resolution – making use of an internal ticketing system to track/solve problems. The successful applicant will analyse network and system performance, proposing innovative solutions to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes. It is highly desired that the successful applicant has knowledge on managing shared sites.
