About you

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Valid working rights within Australia.
• Be committed to the goals, ethos and mission of the College as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice Tradition.
• Appropriate Tertiary qualifications in Education and a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
• Accreditation to Teach Religion in a Catholic School (Teachers of Religious Education) or willingness to achieve.
• Proven experience working in an educational setting with an understanding of the ethos of Catholic Education.
• Sound knowledge of school operations and relevant policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders, including students, staff, parents and the wider college community.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and use initiative and self direction where required.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft office products as well as school database management systems.
