As a Maths Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning in the Maths department across KS3-KS4
- Work with pupils of varying abilities, including high achievers and those needing targeted support
- Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention to help students build confidence and master key concepts
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment
We are looking for someone who is:
- A Maths graduate (or related discipline)
- Experienced working or volunteering with children or young people
- Reliable, committed, and patient, with a genuine desire to help students progress
- A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Passionate about education and keen to gain school-based experience - ideal if you're considering teacher training
