This position is starting in September 2026, after an initial contract it may become a temp to perm contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for a child with SEN.
- Assist with learning, behavior, and social integration.
- Work with the teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and support.
- Monitor progress and report feedback.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with SEN children
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
