We are seeking to establish a pool of Manager Corporate Services for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

The suitable applicants will work closely with the Principal and be responsible for supporting the Human Resources (HR) management of non-teaching staff and for business operations including financial and accountability processes. As a Manager Corporate Services (MCS) you will support the maintenance of the site and oversee operational continuity and good order. Applicants will ideally be able to offer strategic acumen and will have the capacity to collaborate with the principal and leadership team in driving the strategic direction of the school as outlined in the strategic plan through effective scenario development, day-to-day resourcing and budget monitoring and risk and contingency planning.

At Maddington Primary School (PS) we have a focus on care and support, we are looking for applicants who is compassionate and personable, as well as strategic and efficient. Suitable applicants will ideally have proven, positive and proactive customer service experience in working with a diverse clientele, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, families with trauma backgrounds, families supporting children with disabilities and itinerant families. Ideally, applicants will be able to liaise effectively with volunteers and outside agencies and provide a conduit between the school and community whilst supporting home-school communication processes to ensure messaging is clear and supportive.
