Head of Faculty- Visual Arts

Faculty Leadership - full-time, ongoing teaching with initial 3 year leadership contract.

As Head of Faculty – Visual Arts, you will:

• Lead a highly engaged team of educators delivering innovative programs across Visual Arts, Design, Photographic and Digital Media
• Drive best-practice pedagogy and curriculum innovation aligned with NESA and International Baccalaureate frameworks
• Inspire students to experiment, take creative risks, and develop a deep understanding of the world through the creative arts
• Build a culture of professional learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Faculty
• Contribute to the School’s broader academic strategy and leadership community

You will be both a highly skilled classroom practitioner and a strategic leader, committed to delivering outstanding learning outcomes and fostering a culture where students and staff flourish.
