Faculty Leadership - full-time, ongoing teaching with initial 3 year leadership contract.

As Head of Faculty – Geography, you will:

• Lead a passionate team delivering rich and engaging Geography programs across all year levels
• Drive innovative, inquiry-based teaching practices that bring real-world issues to life
• Champion curriculum excellence aligned with the frameworks of NESA and the International Baccalaureate, alongside contemporary global perspectives
• Foster a culture of professional learning, collaboration, and reflective practice within the Faculty
• Promote fieldwork, data analysis and critical thinking as key components of geographical learning
• Contribute to the School’s broader academic strategy and leadership community

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring students develop a deep understanding of sustainability, global challenges, and spatial thinking, preparing them to be informed and responsible global citizens.
