Role Description/Criteria

St Joseph's is a Catholic Edmund Rice Education Australia Boys' Secondary College, with an enrolment over 1800 students. This college community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care. Executive Assistant to Principal

Full Time Fixed Term

Our school is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative and strategic support at the heart of our leadership team. The position is a fixed term leave replacement commencing 29 June 2026 until 14 July 2027.

This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a school that values excellence, collaboration, and student wellbeing.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the trusted right hand to the Principal managing communications, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Principal’s office. You’ll work closely with staff, families, and external partners, representing the Principal with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to a busy school environment.

A Working with Children (Employee) Card and a National Police Record Check is a requirement for the position.
