The Role
We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. Reporting to the Director – HR, Governance and Operations, you will be a vital member of the LEVNT team, providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and wider staff.
This is a multi-faceted role that blends executive services with office management, communications, and human resources support. You will be the "face" of our central office, ensuring our services are delivered in a cohesive, professional, and warm manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the Executive Director’s diary, prepare meeting papers, coordinate travel itineraries, and handle expense acquittals.
- Communication & Reception: Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, manage the LEVNT website and social media updates, and coordinate newsletters.
- Human Resources & Governance: Support recruitment processes, maintain staff files, and coordinate Board and sub-committee meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Events & Logistics: Manage the logistics for conferences, retreats, and "Free to Flourish" immersion tours, including catering, transport, and participant communication.
- Office Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, manage supplies, and oversee workplace health and safety.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety and building relationships. You will have:

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated capability in high-level executive administration and office management within a complex environment.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to engage warmly with a diverse range of stakeholders, from board members to school staff.
- Strong Organisational Skills: A talent for juggling multiple priorities, from event planning to complex diary management.
- Digital Savvy: Proficiency in contemporary office systems, databases, and website management.
Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current driver’s license
