This role is perfect for qualified practitioners or those with practical childcare experience who want something more flexible and rewarding. It's also a fantastic option if you're returning to early years or want to keep your skills fresh without committing to a full-time schedule.

What we're looking for

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence supporting outdoor play and nature-based activities
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
• Basic safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to learn)
