Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour (increasing from 1st April) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Location: LS15, Leeds Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We're looking for someone who can bring energy, warmth, and fresh thinking to our team-someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and loves watching children grow, learn, and explore.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating engaging, stimulating learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Building strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Acting as a Key Person, supporting children's development and wellbeing
• Bringing new ideas, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to daily practice
• Working collaboratively with a supportive, friendly team
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, high‑quality environment for all children

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• A confident, bubbly, enthusiastic character
• Passion for Early Years and child development
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours over 5 days
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
• Someone who is reliable, caring, and eager to grow professionally
