Drama Teacher (Full-Time – Middle/Senior School)

Commencing Term 1, 2027

Faith Lutheran College is seeking a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join our Middle and Senior School team from January 2027.

About the Role

The successful applicant will:

• Teach Drama across Years 7-12, including SACE.
• Create engaging and innovative learning experiences that inspire creativity and confidence.
• Contribute to school productions, performances and Performing Arts events.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and collegial staff team.
• Support the Christian ethos and values of the College.

Essential Criteria

• Current South Australian Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Relevant teaching qualifications in Education and Drama/Theatre.
• Demonstrated experience, or the capacity, to teach Drama across Years 7-12.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to working collaboratively and contributing to the wider College community.

Desirable

• Experience teaching SACE Drama.
• Experience directing or supporting school productions and performance events.
• Ability to teach an additional subject area.
