About Our School
We are a growing and vibrant school with an enrolment of 576 students, and we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Diverse Learning Needs Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role sits within a highly skilled and collaborative staff culture, where teachers work closely together to plan, reflect, and design learning that supports every student to flourish. The successful applicant will play a central role in supporting students with a wide range of learning needs, including those who are twice-exceptional, and will contribute to strengthening inclusive practices across the school.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, along with relevant qualifications in special education or a related field. A strong understanding of the Disability Standards for Education and the processes involved in the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data is essential. We are looking for someone who brings both expertise and a commitment to ensuring that all learners are known, valued, and challenged through thoughtful planning, evidence-based strategies, and genuine collaboration.

About You
As a Diverse Learning Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:
- expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
- strong classroom management and student well-being focus
- ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
- a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
