In collaboration with the Principal and members of the Leadership Team, the Director of Faith and Oblate Charism provides strategic leadership in promoting the charism of St Eugene de Mazenod and ensuring Religious Education remains central to the life and curriculum of the College. As a member of the College Leadership Team, the role contributes to the College's strategic direction, fostering faith formation for students and staff while leading the Faith and Oblate Charism Team.

This position will commence in January 2027.
