The Deputy Principal will ideally bring a strong passion for student achievement, a commitment to evidence-informed practice, and the ability to lead confidently within our vibrant K–6 setting. You will ideally demonstrate experience using data to drive improvement and a strong commitment to leading professional learning teams to build collective efficacy and strengthen teaching and learning across the school.
Working within our distributive leadership model, the Deputy Principal will ideally contribute to high-quality instruction through coaching, modelling, and actively supporting the development and implementation of the whole-school instructional model. In partnership with the Principal and Leadership Team, the Deputy Principal will ideally support the school’s vision and strategic pillars of Quality Teaching, Wellbeing, and Community Partnerships. You will contribute to the implementation of the Business Plan and ensure strong alignment between whole-school priorities, teaching practice, and community engagement.
