Dean of Students (Middle School - Stage 3)

Exciting opportunity to join a new school in the southwest of Sydney in 2027! Leppington Anglican College opened in Term 1 2023 with over 180 students Pre-K to Year 7 and will expand to over 900 students in 2027. The College will continue to grow rapidly to become a P-12 College of over 1200 students in the next few years.

The Dean of Students (Middle School - Stage 3) primary purpose is supporting students’ individual wellbeing as well as the collective student culture of the Middle School. They will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the quality of student life in the Middle School including student focused programs, activities and student behaviour.
