The Role
The successful applicant will provide curriculum focused administrative support to Executive and Middle Leadership and Staff by ensuring operational matters relating to student and teacher timetables, grids, class structures and adjustments are managed effectively. This role requires management of relevant database’s including transfers to internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring data integrity, extraction and generation of required reports occur within agreed timeframes. The successful applicant will provide operational support for implementation of Externally Set Tasks, National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy, Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment and Progressive Achievement Tests. This role will coordinate testing and examination rosters, venues and supervisors, including Special Consideration, and collate and distribute examination material.
The successful applicant will be proficient in the use of Compass to support school operations including Chronicle, Conferences, Custom Classes. The role will support student teacher/mentoring practicums across the school. The successful applicant will contribute to the school’s enrolment team, including the operation of databases and management information systems, and the provision of information to staff, students and families. The successful applicant will develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
