Role Description/Criteria

St Peter's Epping, has an ongoing teaching position available, starting in January 2026. The year level will be discussed and determined in consultation with the successful applicant. The teacher will have classroom teaching responsibilities and will have opportunities for professional learning and personal goal setting.
Graduate and experienced teachers with a passion for learning, dedicated to building relationships and empowering learners to be their best, are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will be working with a committed and friendly staff and leadership team within a strong and supportive school community. Graduate teachers will be supported by experienced leaders and a teacher mentor.

The positions will commence in Term 1, 2026.
The successful applicant will have the capacity to -
support the Catholic ethos of the school and strengthen connections with the parish
work flexibly and collaboratively within staff Professional Learning teams
build and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
demonstrate leadership in Education and Faith
provide engaging contemporary learning opportunities across the curriculum
exhibit excellent skills in integrating learning technologies across the curriculum
cater effectively for a diverse range of learning needs
gather, analyse and use student data to drive learning and teaching and inform best practice
demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
The applicant must be:
VIT Registered
Accredited to teach Religious Education in Catholic schools or be willing to undertake such accreditation
