Killester College is a Catholic girls’ school located in Springvale and is a Kildare Education Ministries college in the Brigidine tradition. Our governing body, Kildare Ministries, holds both civil and canonical responsibility for ten schools and two community works.

We are seeking an exceptional Business Manager to join our College Leadership Team and oversee the financial, operational and administrative functions. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role where your work will influence culture, learning and the long-term sustainability of our community. We are looking for a strategic leader with deep specialist skills who thrives on challenge, and values people and relationships. You understand that every decision — from budgets to systems, staffing to facilities — shapes culture and student outcomes. You bring:

About the Role

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Strategic financial leadership including budgeting, forecasting and long-term sustainability
• Oversight of business operations, governance, risk management and compliance
• Management of facilities, capital works and master planning projects
• Strengthening organisational capability, systems, processes and accountability
• Partnership with the Principal, Leadership Team and Kildare Education Ministries
• Leading and developing business teams, championing a culture of collaboration, wellbeing and values-based leadership
