The Role

Pinjarra SHS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on a diverse role within a vibrant and supportive educational environment. In this position, you will play a key role in driving the school’s communications, supporting internal operations, and promoting our school’s values and achievements. You will provide operational support in the development, implementation and management of the school’s marketing plan, and coordinate promotional events and marketing activities. The technical knowledge and skills to develop and manage digital and print-based marketing platforms is an important aspect of this role.

The role also includes coordinating key aspects of human resource management, including leave and relief arrangements, maintenance of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), and assisting with staff induction. You would provide human resource advice and information to staff and contribute to the smooth functioning of the school’s administrative operations.

The successful applicant should have high-level interpersonal and communication skills enabling them to work both collaboratively and independently, using initiative to solve complex problems. Strong negotiation and networking skills both within the school and wider community would be highly advantageous to this role.
