About the Role
The AO3 Administration Officer will play a vital role in supporting the Inclusion Team by providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of programs for students with disabilities. Reporting to the Head of Special Education Services (HOSES), this role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating HR processes, including staff absences, leave administration, and replacement arrangements.
- Managing teacher aide rosters, playground duty schedules, and other operational tasks.
- Preparing and reviewing documents such as meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and support.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Inclusion Team and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
This role would suit a highly organised and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting inclusive education and a commitment to excellence in administrative practices.
