The Geelong College invites applications from outstanding educators for the position of Year Level Coordinator (Year 7).

This is a key leadership role within the Middle School, responsible for overseeing learning, administration, and pastoral care for the Year 7 cohort. The Coordinator plays a vital part in shaping a positive, safe, and supportive learning culture, while fostering student wellbeing, engagement, and academic growth.

This role includes a full-time teaching position and a three-year fixed-term leadership component, with 0.6 FTE time release.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must demonstrate the following:

Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
Relevant educational qualification and experience in a similar teaching role
Current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration
Current Certifications in:

First Aid (HLTAID011)
CPR (HTLAID 009)
Asthma Management

Completion of either:

The College's anaphylaxis training, or
Accredited course: 22578VIC - Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis
