About You

As a Year 5 Classroom Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:

  • expertise in planning, implementing and evaluating the K–6 curriculum, using contemporary pedagogies and evidence-based practices to support high-impact learning
  • a commitment to collaborative planning and professional dialogue with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes
  • strong classroom management skills with a clear focus on student wellbeing, positive relationships and restorative practices
  • the ability to design inclusive, differentiated and rigorous learning experiences that meet the needs of all learners
  • a commitment to nurturing students’ faith development and participation in the Catholic life and mission of the school
  • strong communication skills and the capacity to build positive partnerships with families and the wider school community
  • a tertiary qualification in Education and current NESA accreditation
  • Religious Education qualifications as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
