Veritas Education is delighted to be supporting a friendly primary school in Morecambe with the recruitment of a Year 1 Teacher for a part-time job share position, starting in September.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking a better work-life balance while remaining committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

The Role:

• Year 1 Class Teacher
• 2 days per week (job share) - days TCB, likely Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday
• Start date: September
• Planning and teaching engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Working closely with the job share partner and wider staff team

• Well-supported by leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and child-centred approach
