TEMPORARY TEACHER - PARAFIELD GARDENS HS - SPECIAL OPTIONS

Position Descriptor:

This position requires a highly innovative, reflective and experienced Special Options teacher to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment in a large complex secondary school.

• The successful applicant will:
• Have experience teaching students with intellectual disabilities in either a special options class or disability unit
• Having experience in modified SACE would be an advantage
• Be able to differentiate and/or modify to support a diverse range of learners.
• Plan and implement quality differentiated teaching practice with a focus on improving literacy outcomes for all students as per the site improvement plan.

Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
