Step Into Your Next Chapter:

Lead and support ICT service delivery and project activities, providing expert consultancy to stakeholders, contributing to planning, and ensuring alignment with departmental priorities and service outcomes.
Provide leadership within the client service team, including performance management, coaching and mentoring, fostering professional standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Manage and enhance service operations and stakeholder engagement, including service level performance, system testing coordination, reporting and data integrity, and maintaining effective working relationships across internal and external partners.
