Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom

Requirements
Essential:
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Desirable:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject
