Are you a Teaching Assistant who loves making a difference but wants flexibility around when and where you work?

We're currently working closely with a number of lovely primary and secondary schools across Colne and surrounding areas, and we're looking for reliable, caring Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a day‑to‑day and short‑term basis.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy variety, want to build relationships with local schools, or need work that fits around other commitments.

The role:

• Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or Secondary
• Working 1:1, in small groups, or as general classroom support
• Helping to create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children in a school setting (UK preferred)
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
• Confidence stepping into different school environments
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is desirable, but not essential
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
