How the employment register works

You may be contacted by principals or hiring managers regarding specific teaching opportunities that align with your qualifications, experience and location preferences.

If contacted, you will be asked to confirm whether you are genuinely interested in being considered for the opportunity before any further assessment occurs.

Hiring managers may assess interested applicants against the requirements of the role and determine the most suitable applicant through a merit-based process.

Applicants who are considered but not selected will be advised of the outcome and may request feedback. Review and breach claim processes apply in accordance with the relevant recruitment and selection requirements.

You should only express interest in opportunities you would genuinely consider accepting.
