This is a 12 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency

The Role
The successful applicant will ideally have excellent communication and listening skills, be a passionate, motivated, and skilled educator who is committed to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every student, every day, through our whole school approaches, explicit teaching, and instructional strategies.
We are seeking an applicant who ideally has an understanding and knowledge in Promoting Literacy Development (PLD) phonics, Heggerty, Talk 4 Writing, Multilit programs such as Initialit, Language Lift and Spell Ex, and Western Australia Positive Behaviour Support. They will ideally be committed to ongoing professional growth and development, support current whole school processes and be collegial, effective collaborators.
It is highly desirable that the successful applicant is committed to developing positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community. They should possess a strong capacity to plan challenging and engaging programs using an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum.
