What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Demonstrates strong, evidence-based instructional practice with effective behaviour management and data-informed, differentiated teaching.
- Creates inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments supported by clear communication and positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
- Works collaboratively within year-level and whole-school teams to support students
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience in trauma-informed practice, co-teaching models, and the use of digital learning tools to enhance engagement.
- A strong understanding of Play Pedagogy and its application in early years education.
