Teacher Librarian

Sacred Heart College is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative and innovative Teacher Librarian who is passionate about fostering a love of reading, inquiry and lifelong learning. The successful applicant will be an engaging educator and information specialist, committed to creating a welcoming and dynamic learning environment that supports the academic, spiritual and personal growth of all students. About our College:

Sacred Heart College is a Kindergarten to Year 10 Co-educational Catholic College based on the charism of the Sisters of St Joseph, located in the central Hobart suburb of New Town.

As a Josephite College with an enrolment of over 980 students, we work to provide our students with a well-rounded Catholic education, encouraging a life-long love of learning.

To be eligible applicants are required to:

• Have appropriate graduate and/or post graduate qualifications.
• Be a registered Teacher in Tasmania or be able to gain registration prior to the commencement of the position.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
