We have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and experienced Administration Assistant, Sports and Excursion Consent Administration to join Penola Catholic College and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This position is responsible for the administrative tasks required with the Sports department and be required to maintain the sports equipment. The Sports Administration will work predominantly from the Sports Coordinators Office on the Broadmeadows Campus however they will also be required to cross campus throughout the year and liaise with the Sports Coordinator (Glenroy), to prioritise the weekly work commitments. The administration component of this job will be the permission system through Compass Lite advising parents of activities and arranging student permissions for all activities.

The role is full time on a 12 month fixed term contract commencing 27 January 2026 and ending 26 January 2027.

About You

To be successful you will have previous experience in administrative duties and be able to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience working in a large secondary College would be advantageous. You must have a valid Working With Children Check.

You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
