Bradford Full‑time position and Part-time

Are you a patient, resilient and compassionate practitioner with a passion for supporting children with complex needs? We're recruiting a dedicated SEN Complex Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary provision in Bradford.

This is a full‑time role starting asap, supporting pupils who require tailored, consistent and nurturing support to help them thrive.

???? About the Role

You will be working within a specialist SEN provision supporting primary‑aged children with a range of complex needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
• Assisting pupils with communication, sensory and emotional needs
• Supporting children with challenging behaviour using positive, consistent strategies
• Helping to create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
• Supporting personal care routines where required

• Experience supporting children with complex SEN needs (school or care setting)
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• Strong behaviour‑management skills
• Someone who can build trusting relationships with pupils
